HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s really simple, just click subscribe, then each month we will send you a carefully curated box that includes 5-6 specially selected items to help your live your child self regulate, de-escalate and encourage their development. Please note: when you sign up, you have committed to 3 months. Sign up easy.
WHAT WILL BE IN MY BOX?
Every month you will receive a random surprise assortment of 5-6 sensory toys and items for your child straight to your door. Examples of items include putty, textured tactile toys/fidgets, craft activities, light up toys, drawing utensils, etc.
CAN I SEND A BOX AS A GIFT?
Please purchase the One-Off box to send as a gift for someone special. Alternatively, you can set up a subscription for somebody else for a lovely monthly gift. It is your responsibility to pay the monthly fee and cancel if you no longer want us to send your chosen lucky person the SENbox- just make sure you put their name and address in the delivery details.
WHEN WILL I GET MY BOX?
We are a monthly subscription. That means you are re-billed every month. When you purchase your first box, your card is charged immediately (that same day). Re-billing for future boxes always occurs after you receive your box. You will be re-billed on the 15th of each month.
Boxes are shipped out the first week of each month. To receive the "current" box, you must sign up on or before the last day of the previous month. For example, in order to get the "October's box", you must sign up before the last day in September.
