SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use 2nd class Royal Mail for all of our boxes. We have specifically designed the SENbox using a box that will fit through your letter box so that there will never be a worry of "chosing a safe place" for your parcel both of our peace of minds. We alway check the items to make sure they are intact before placing them inside your SENBox. However, if you receive a broken item, please email us at SENbox@teachers.org within 3 days of receiving your box and we will gladly assist you! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are broken during or after use. Please always supervise your child to make sure that the toys are being used appropriately and with reasonable force/ pressure.
